Special Features
  Head Rail
  Material Electro galvanised steel Minimum rusting. Able to withstand humidity.
  Finish Thermosetting polyester coating over a chromated primer Will not peel or fade easily. Evenly coated to produce a smooth finish.
  Bottom Rail
  Material Electro galvanised steel Minimum rusting. Able to withstand humidity.
  Finish Thermosetting polyester coating over a chromated primer Will not peel or fade easily. Evenly coated to produce a smooth finish.
  Slats
  Width 25mm 16mm  
  Thickness 0.22mm 0.22mm After coating
  Material Spring-tampered aluminium alloy throughout Provide high tensile strength.
  Finish Oven-baked enamel over appropriate chemical threatment Enhanced the appearance of the shades. Will not peel or fade easily.
  Overtap 5mm 4mm To ensure complete closure of the shade, cut-off the heat and glare effectively.

Note : There are also limits on the total area of the shades, Shades cannot be made to the maximum drop and width as shown above. To check, multiply the width by the drop in metres, ensuring that the result is within the area limits.
